Nammos Ras El Hekma is being developed by Modon Holding with Nammos Hotels & Resorts as the brand’s first integrated destination in Egypt. The announced programme combines 72 residences, from one to four bedrooms plus penthouses, with a 79-key hotel, Nammos Village, the restaurant and beach club inside Wadi Yemm.
The responsibilities are complementary: Modon connects the destination to Ras El Hekma’s coastal plan and infrastructure, while Nammos brings its hospitality, dining and service approach to the hotel and homes. Pools, spa, cabanas, children’s club and routes to the beach therefore form one operating environment rather than a list of extras attached to standalone residences.
